Each location offers a distinct encounter with the wild. Different landscapes, different wildlife, different rhythms. All three lie within the Făgăraș Mountains of Transylvania, one of Europe’s last true wildernesses.
Valea Strâmbei
A hidden valley in the Făgăraș Mountains, home to one of our most beloved animal observation hide.
Approximately 60 km from Brașov and 100 km from Sibiu. Watch brown bears in their natural habitat , with space for up to 20 guests.
Open 1 April to 15 October, evening sessions from 16:30 to 20:00. Arrive by car or use our transport from the valley entrance.”

Zărnești
Our hide in Zărnești lies approximately 33 km from Brașov and approximately 140 km from Sibiu. Watch bears move silently through limestone gorges and mixed forest, with space for up to 15 guests.

Ucea
Our hide in Ucea lies approximately 55 km from Sibiu and approximately 75 km from Brașov.
Watch bears and animals through the forest, with space for up to 15 guests.
